this is confusing. is it state, or status? is “status reason” a filter for the chosen status? some of them seem to have the same values / choices. if a task has a status reason of 4 “waiting on someone else”, is the task able to be temporarily assigned to the other person, so it shows up in their workload?

can we edit the status messages in entities example Open->Create
